MemberPress Toolbox – Manual Member Approval features provide comprehensive control over membership approvals. Users can choose which memberships require approval and whether new signups from existing members need approval. The feature allows members to remain logged in, albeit without access to protected content during the approval process. Email notifications keep members informed of their approval status.
Admins can manage approvals and rejections discreetly, with the option not to send notification emails. The plugin offers full customization of email content and subject lines, supporting MemberPress’ email parameters. Admins receive notification emails for pending approvals with a direct link to manage member status. The MemberPress > Members page includes a new column for quick member approval or rejection. Existing members are unaffected, remaining automatically approved after add-on installation.
